We tell you why and refund the full amount to the wallet you paid from. You can then book again with a new design.
Yes, any time before your first week starts, for a full refund. Once the ad is running it can't be cancelled.
Each ad space shows its recommended size when you pick it. We check the size before you pay, so your ad looks sharp on phones and computers.
Some spaces, such as the cards in directory lists, show up to 3 advertisers who take turns. Others are yours alone for the weeks you book.
